Informational event on EIP-AGRI

“Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability (EIP-AGRI) - Ideas for more Innovations in Agriculture”

As a new funding measure in Baden-Württemberg’s action and development plan for rural areas 2014-2020, EIP-AGRI is co-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (ELER).

With representatives from the administration, actors from ongoing EIP projects in Baden-Württemberg, and a representative from the EU’s EIP-AGRI Service Point, the MLR would like to inform those interested about the topic focuses of the second EIP call for applications, give tips on submitting applications, and present the first EIP projects in Baden-Württemberg on 24 January 2017

Information event on the basic research of the European Research Council

The Department of Research Funding of the University of Hohenheim is organized a informational event about the funding line of the ERC (European Research Council). It took place on 7 April 2016

Dominik Maas, from the Association for the Promotion of European and International Cooperation in Science (KoWi), have an overview about the different funding lines  of the ERC and basic information and tips regarding the application. Furthermore, the successful Starting Grantee, Dr. Müller (Research group head at the Friedrich-Miescher-Laboratory, Max-Planck-Campus Tübingen) talked about his personal experiences on the subject.

The funding programs of the ERC are open to excellent researchers of all departments who wish to do frontier research in one/several of the 27 EU member states or associated states.

Tips on submitting an application

The Department of Research Funding at the University of Hohenheim will hold an information event on 31 October 2014 on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (“Excellent Science”) within the Horizon 2020 program.

Four different Marie Skłodowska-Curie programs make it possible for scientists to expand or deepen their competencies in another country. The measures are open to all subject areas and promote projects ranging from basic research to market opening.

An expert from the Cooperation Office EU of the Science Organizations (KoWi) will give you an overview of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie measures as well as tips and tricks for the application process.
