International collaboration under difficult conditions

In a worsening geopolitical situation, the University of Hohenheim and its scientists face new challenges in cooperating with partners abroad, for example, in collaboration in a volatile environment or in projects under more difficult conditions.

Matrix for the evaluation of international cooperation with difficult countries

The International Offices of the universities in Baden-Württemberg have developed a matrix for the evaluation of international cooperation with difficult countries, which can be used e.g. for research projects, cooperation, stays abroad, and delegations.

This tool can be used to analyze challenges and risks in international cooperation. The matrix reveals ambivalences, helps to avoid polarization, and opens up further options for action. The matrix is thus a tool for making informed decisions and developing targeted measures.
