Day of Teaching 2026

Friday, 27 November 2026 | from 1 p.m.

Hohenheim lecturers put their heart and soul into their work. They inspire students to pursue research, make complex topics easy to understand, and demonstrate how theoretical knowledge can be applied in practice. They shape the university, yet they are far too rarely in the spotlight. The University of Hohenheim wants to change that. On the Day of Teaching, it provides a platform for this: Six new awards recognize outstanding teaching achievements.

Please join us on the Day of Teaching, Friday, 27 November 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m. in the State Rooms of Hohenheim Palace. Let yourself be inspired, talk shop with your colleagues, and share your own ideas to highlight excellent teaching at the University of Hohenheim!
