UHOH Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee acts as a body for the research ethical evaluation of research projects. Upon request, scientists can have the ethical aspects of their research projects reviewed and assessed by the Ethics Committee and, if necessary, receive advice in this regard.

Committee for Self-Monitoring in Science

Committee for Self-Monitoring in Science (link) The University of Hohenheim has a Committee for Self-Monitoring in Science to advise the President's Office on matters pertaining to ensuring integrity in science which is responsible for the procedure for investigating suspected scientific misconduct. The Committee is independent and is not bound by any instructions. The investigation of allegations of scientific misconduct shall be conducted expressly with due regard for confidentiality and the fundamental principle of the presumption of innocence.
