Third-party-funding administration

  • Public or private third-party funding, donations, or sponsoring: Procuring and managing third-party funds is subject to certain conditions, which vary according to the type of funding. You can find information on accounting on the pages of the Finance Department.
  • Acquired third-party funds are handled by the University Administration (Finance Department 1). An overview of the contact persons and the established procedures for acceptance, notification, management, statement of use of funds can be found on the pages of the Finance Department / Third-party-funded projects.

Third-party funding guideline

Acceptance and use of third-party funds are regulated by the Third-Party Funding Guideline and corresponding instructions from the Ministry of Science.
