Impact on cooperation with Russian universities

The Allianz der Wissenschaftsorganisationen (Alliance of Science Organisations in Germany), of which both the DFG (German Research Foundation) and the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) are members, recommends suspending all cooperation with Russian institutions and companies in response to the Russian war of aggression on Ukraine. It goes without saying that, for the University of Hohenheim, state-controlled Russian and Belorussian institutions will no longer be able to benefit from project funds of the Federal Republic. The exchange with Russian researchers can and should even be continued on an individual level in order to strengthen the democratic forces of the country. If you have any questions or need advice on these matters, please do not hesitate to contact the Research Support Department or the Office of International Affairs (AA)..
