Online portals, registrations

Online portals are used for electronic submission of grant applications, proposals, and similar documents.

Please note the following:

 

You are welcome to register personally in your own name.

 

Please do not register on behalf of the university (or its institutions) yourself.
Contact AF in such cases. This is the only way to prevent multiple registrations and other problems.

 

For some portals, AF manages its own functional log-in data.

Elan portal

The electronic proposal submission (elan) is a DFG portal for applicants, reviewers, and committee members.

  • Personal registration is required to submit an application.
  • Submission of applications through the university (SFB, GRK, infrastructure) must be coordinated with AF in all cases.

Easy Online

Portal for applying for federal funding

  • No registration required, application processing via .xms file upload.
  • “Submit final version” only after AF has reviewed the application file (.xms).
  • AF will provide legally binding signatures on your behalf. Please do NOT use the newly offered TAN procedure.

  • AF manages the institutional UHOH account
  • A personal user account is required, this must be created for you by AF – please contact us.
