The SIZ – Your personal guidepost

You have questions about your studies and haven’t been able to find answers? The Student Information Center (SIZ) - Your personal guidepost - is happy to answer questions about organizing your studies and exams.

Here you can find initial information, pick up or submit documents, and submit requests and applications. If necessary, we refer you to the correct contact person.

Opening hours

The SIZ is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am - 12 pm and Thursdays from 1 pm - 4 pm.

You can’t come by in person?

You can’t come by in person but you urgently need documents that can’t be given out to others. You can sign a proxy for a person you trust.
