The guest house has 2 rooms (15 m²), which are rented separately. Kitchenette (without stove) and bathroom are shared within the apartment.

Internet as well as washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge, but are located in the guesthouse Marie-Berta (Steckfeldstr. 4). Laundry must be washed and dried there. Dishes as well as cleaning utensils are available in the guest rooms.

Note: Only a microwave oven can be used for cooking. Also, due to fire hazards, it is strictly prohibited to bring your own hot plates, other electric kitchen appliances, or kitchenware to prepare food.

From 01.11.2022 a one-time linen package (4x shower towels, 4x towels, 2x bed linen sets) per person will be provided upon arrival. During the rental period the laundry will be washed in the provided washing machines by the tenants themselves.
The package will be completely left in the rooms on the day of moving out. Missing parts will be charged.

Price list in case of loss:

• Towels: 10 €
• Bed linen: 10 €
• Handling fee: 10 €

Reservation requests are only possible if you are registered at the Welcome Center.

The rooms in the guest house can only be rented for a minimum rental period of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. The rental prices are as follows:

Deposit longer than 3 months: 200 € per room

Note: Double occupancy is not possible.

The monthly rental fee is paid by the guest, even if the host institute bears the costs. In this case, the guest will need to ask the host institute for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding billing, please contact the Welcome Center team.
