Teaching evaluations

The teaching evaluation is for students to evaluate their individual courses. This way, instructors receive constructive feedback they can use to further develop their course.

Legal basis

The legal basis are the Evaluation Regulations for Studies and Teaching. It applies equally to the entire University and stipulates that evaluations in all modules are carried out at least once every two years.

What to do

The survey can be conducted via two  channels:

  • Paper-based supported by the software EvaSys and a scanner system
  • Online using the learning platform ILIAS
