Information for reviewers
Check for yourself whether you have the expertise for the review and that you have no conflicts of interest. If in doubt, return the assignment quickly.
Review as clearly as possible: Especially in competitive processes, even constructively intended criticism can ultimately prevent funding. If you find that a project is worthy of funding, keep your review consistently positive.
