We would like to invite all student groups to participate in this year's Dies academicus (Friday, 03 July) and Open Day (Saturday, 04 July) with their own program.

Program registration Dies academicus and Open Day 03-04 July 2026

Please register your stand by 25 April 2026 at the latest. It is only possible to participate on both days!

The people responsible for the stand must be present for the approval of the stand by the Occupational Health and Safety Department and the Office for Public Order. A second person must be registered as an alternative.

Music *

We will NOT play music.

We will play music for stand personnel (quiet and not easily heard from outside).

We have a DJ who would like a slot on the main stage. Please provide details and contact the Unit Marketing and Events.

Note: The music at your stand must be registered with GEMA. The best solution is for the DJ to have the tariff for the reproduction of works of the GEMA repertoire which are intended for use in public performance (tariff VR-Ö €59/year). A copy will be sent to University Marketing.

Confirmation of mandatory participation in the hygiene training course*

I have taken note that the participation of the responsible person and deputy in the hygiene training is mandatory. Failure to attend may result in exclusion from the event.
