Dies academicus and Open Day  

This year, we would once again like to invite all student groups to participate with their own program offerings at Dies academicus (Friday 3 July) and the Open Day (Saturday 4 July).

Program registration Dies academicus and Open Day 03-04 July 2026

Please register your stand by 25 April 2026 at the latest. It is only possible to participate on both days!

Only groups related to the University of Hohenheim may register.
 

Person responsible for stand

The people responsible for the stand must be present for the approval of the stand by the Occupational Health and Safety Department and the Office for Public Order. A second person must be registered as an alternative.

Offers

Note: All stand operators with a food and beverage offer must take part in obligatory hygiene training. The date will be announced in advance.

There is only a limited number of spaces available.
 

There is only a limited number of pavilions available.
They will be assigned according to when the registrations are received.

 

Note: Please upload the completed restaurant permit. The Marketing Unit will then send them to the Office of Public Order.

Note: For more than 2 electrical appliances per cable drum, please enter 2 connections!

Note: The music at your stand must be registered with GEMA. The best solution is for the DJ to have the tariff for the reproduction of works of the GEMA repertoire which are intended for use in public performance (tariff VR-Ö €59/year). A copy will be sent to University Marketing.
