Description
Introduction
Today the optimization of production processes requires information about the growing conditions in order to achieve high efficiency rates with low environmental impacts. Vision systems have a high potential to provide comprehensive information for machine control as well as for crop management. Recent developments in sensor technology offer new and advanced prototypes especially for 3-dimensional image analysis.
Project Aim
The aim of the project is to select and compare different vision sensors to capture structures of different agricultural fields.
