Admission

  • Final grade of 2.9 or better
  • an above-average Bachelor's degree in information systems with a standard period of study of at least three years
  • or a degree from a university with a standard period of study of at least three years in the field of information systems obtained in the Federal Republic of Germany (e.g. business administration with major computer science components or computer science with major business administration components)
  • or the completion of a program at a foreign university with at least a three-year Bachelor's degree in information sciences or in computing science with a major portion in business administration or with a Bachelor's degree in business administration with major portions in computing science
  • the Bachelor's degree must correspond to the competences of the Hohenheim Bachelor's degree in Information Systems in terms of scope and requirements and to the subject requirements for the Master's degree in Information Systems. The module catalog of the Bachelor's degree program in Information Systems is used to determine competences.
  • The admission committee may allow admission with the condition that modules that meet the subject-specific requirements for the Master's degree in Information Systems can be made up as part of the Master's degree program. The module catalog of the Bachelor's degree program in Information Systems is used to determine competences. The admission committee decides on the equivalence of competences.
