Renovation of the ground-level flat in Marie-Berta [26.07.21]
The Welcome Center has some great news, since we were able to get an additional flat in our guesthouse Marie-Berta which we are able to rent out as guestrooms after renovation.
Before, there was the kindergarten „Küken“ in this flat but they moved in May.
Now there’s a big project coming with renovation and remodeling of the flat. After the completion of the work the flat is supposed to be split like this: The flat consists of 4 guestrooms, one of which contains a terrace, a shared bathroom and a kitchen. Through the additional rooms the Welcome Center is able to lower rental prices as well.
The Renovation is still going to take a while, but the Welcome Center is already excited to welcome new guests in the renovated flat possibly in 2022!
