Hello I have a FULLY FURNISHED ROOM /private bathroom for rent.
€850/mo ALL-IN: rent + all utilities + WiFi. No other monthly fees.
Temporary €500 deposit now, balance can be split over first 2 months.
Your first lease is 3 months so we both know it’s a good fit. After that, renew in 6 or 12 month terms. One-person room. Pets welcome.
If interested, shoot me a DM with a quick intro about yourself and your ideal move-in date.
