Abstract

Services gain more and more importance in business. In this article, we will analyse the impact this has on the communication processes. We will analyse the reasons for this development and develop an appropriate definition of services for our context. We will then discuss the changes to the processes and the communication of the company and give a first analysis of applicable methods for analysing and modelling the changes. A short example of the construction
industry will illustrate our approach.
