Room in Shared Apartment near University of Hohenheim

Hello everyone,

We are two person(male) from the University of Hohenheim; one doing a PhD and the other studying for a Master’s in Agricultural Economics. We are looking for a new flatmate (male or female) for the winter semester.
The apartment has three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. It is located about 20 minutes on foot from the University of Hohenheim, and the nearest bus stop, Fraubronnstraße, is only 250 meters away. The flat is clean, calm, and respectful. Although there is no separate living room, we maintain an open and friendly, family-like atmosphere and would like to keep it that way.

The available room is about 9 square meters in size. It is bright and includes a large wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. The monthly rent is 255 euros, and the additional costs for internet, radio bill, and electricity are around 45 euros per month. These costs are variable and may change depending on electricity usage.

We are looking for someone who studies at the University of Hohenheim, is responsible, keeps things clean, communicates openly, and respects shared spaces and common rules. The rental period will be for the winter semester until 31 March 2026, with the possibility of an extension.
