Furnished room in a shared, newly renovated basement apartment. You will be living with three other housemates in a two-level unit: upstairs has the kitchen and bathroom with a shower (also one bedroom), while downstairs has three bedrooms (including this one), a laundry room, and a bathroom (no shower in this bathroom). Kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, two fridges (2 people per fridge) and storage. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by a spiral staircase. The apartment can be entered from both the upstairs and downstairs entrances. Landlord is looking to rent the room for a minimum contract of 6 months.
We have a cat, so we are looking for a cat lover!
Very close to the Birkach Friedhof bus stop (about 2-3 minute walk) and Fruwirthstr bus stop (6 min walk) and 10-15 min walk to Plieningen U3 station. 8 min walk to Penny, 15 min walk to Edeka.
About 10 minute walk to the center of Uni Hohenheim.
