I'm Zoe and I'm offering a bright and large room for subrent from 01.09.2026-31.01.2027. The room is fully furnished and quite cozy. The apartment is shared with 2 boys and one other girl, the atmosphere in the apartment is quiet and friendly. The utility costs are included in the rent and there will be no additional costs except for Wifi (max. 5 € per month). The apartment is close to the University of Hohenheim (20 minutes walk). The bus stations are nearby and grocery stores are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The room is ideal for exchange students, who are staying for 1 semester.
