My cozy, bright room will be available from 15 August 2026 until 31 January 2027, as I’ll be going abroad for an exchange semester.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, and more (see pictures).

Rent (including all utilities): €380/month

The room faces south and overlooks the airport, although you rarely notice any noise from it.
The shared areas include a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and more, as well as a basement storage room with a washing machine. There is also space for bicycles in the garage.
The apartment is located in Stuttgart-Plieningen, close to nature (right next to the fields) while still offering easy access to the city center, which is about 30 minutes by public transport.
Shops such as Netto and Edeka are within walking distance, and the University of Hohenheim is only about 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bus.
The Plieningen Post and Bernhäuser Straße bus stops are both around a 7-minute walk away and are served by several bus lines every few minutes.
We are a very quiet and cozy shared flat, currently home to Vanessa and Vittoria, who both study at the University of Hohenheim. Vanessa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology, while Vittoria is currently finishing her Master's thesis.
What matters most to us is a considerate and respectful atmosphere, openness, and keeping the shared spaces reasonably clean. We have a rotating cleaning schedule to make this easy for everyone.
Unfortunately, we don't have a living room, so we often catch up over a shared meal or a cup of tea in the kitchen instead.
We would preferably like to find a female flatmate who fits well with our household and enjoys joining us for tea, coffee, or cooking from time to time.
