ELLS Institutional Learning Sessions - Generation Z in times of educational and developmental challenges [15.10.26]
The Institutional Learning Sessions (ILS) organized by the EuroLeague of Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) focus on a specific topic and enable the exchange of best practices between researchers, teachers and staff at the ELLS member universities. The upcoming webinar is offered to teachers & lecturers addressing the topic “Generation Z in times of educational and developmental challenges”.
The webinar aims to help academic teachers respond effectively to the needs and challenges of Generation Z students, supporting their motivation, engagement, well-being, and academic responsibility in a changing educational environment.
The webinar is expected to facilitate the exchange of experiences and transferable good practices among ELLS institutions in responding to the needs and challenges of Generation Z students. It will help identify common challenges and approaches across partner universities, inspire participants to adapt effective solutions in their own institutions, and create a basis for further collaboration, including the possible development of an ELLS Gen Z Teaching Toolbox.
