Take part in the Frostpendeln ("frost commuting")! [13.10.26]
Dear members and friends of the University of Hohenheim,
If you could imagine cycling too/more in the cold season, then take part in the Frostpendeln! You can join the "Uni Hohenheim" team.
Some information:
- From November to February, kilometers will be collected and experiences exchanged on the online platform. (Journeys that have already taken place can be registered afterwards.)
- Kilometers are assigned to categories: 1. bicycle, pedelec, S-pedelec; 2. business, errand ride, leisure.
- Monthly prize draws for sponsored prizes
- The focus is clearly on the community effort and the incentive to collect more kilometers than in the previous year (but under the motto "better safe than sorry").

To be safely on the move even in the frosty months, a bike winter check is recommendable. How nice that our bike workshop "Radskeller" offers such a check - and mounting spike tires!
