As part of the process of coming to terms with the Nazi era at the University of Hohenheim, significant connections with the Nazi regime were found in the biography of Dr. Ludwig Malsch.
Ludwig Malsch belonged to the circle of staunch National Socialists and had already become a party member in 1930. From 1938 he was the treasurer of the Gaudozentenführer in the Nazi Dozentenbund.
Based on today’s knowledge and a current assessment, Dr. Ludwig Malsch would no longer be honored.
