SAVE THE DATE Dies academicus

Friday, 28 June 2024

Celebrate with us this summer! Save the date of Friday, 28 June 2024.

That’s when the Hohenheim Community will meet for the Dies academicus to honor special achievements relating to our university. The day will kick off at 10 a.m. with the academic ceremony and a guest lecture on a current topic. In the afternoon, a ceremony will be held where a number of prizes and scholarships will be awarded as the day’s highlight.

From midday, the big summer party with its annual market of student booths will take place in the Palace’s inner courtyard on the campus of the University of Hohenheim. Once the President officially taps the first barrel around 4 p.m., the party will continue late into the night.

Below you will find a look back at the Dies academicus 2023, including some event photos and highlights.
